Why it’s Important to Keep up a Creative Practice in Turbulent Times

The world is fucked up right now. And honestly, it has been for a while.

It’s easy to get swept up in the chaos, in the headlines, the uncertainty, the things completely out of our control. And for those of you who are living in war zones, facing political unrest, struggling through crises, or just trying to survive, first and foremost, your safety and well-being come before anything else.

But in moments where things feel too heavy, when the weight of it all is crushing, I want to remind you of something: Creativity is more than just self-expression. It’s a lifeline.

Because when the world feels unrecognizable, a creative practice can ground you. It can help you hold onto yourself.

That’s what I talk about in this video.
